just now, i got a shock. my weight has become 57 kg. i believe before ICT it was still 56 kg, though still well above my ideal weight of 53 kg to hit a BMI of around 20. oops, my height! haha nvm, though that is my biggest "weakness"...:p
seems like my running 3 times a week isn't enough. i must do something more. i decide to run 5 days a week, leaving the weekend to rest my body. also, not to eat as much as before.
mon, wed, fri, 5km runs. tue and thurs, 2.4km runs. after each run, do push-ups and crunches. i think i better run at night, so that i won't have the tendency to eat after my runs. eating after runs is wrong, i suppose.
