ran with ankle weights in the evening, but really cannot make it. ran less than 2km, i couldn't take it and stopped to walk. but later i made 2 spurts of short runs. ankle weights are really heavy, really a good form of training. will train more with these weights to improve my running time.
just signed up for the gst offset package. actually i think 200 dollars a year is not enough to offset many families' increase in expenses, 200 dollars = 2%, 100% = 10000 dollars. one yr only spend 10000 bucks? not likely for a family, though it is much more than what i spend cuz i am just a freaking student. haha. but nvm cuz i think that it is still a great form of help to many poor families.
