results out!

results for sem 2 finally out liao! but i feel abit disappointed over some modules, though i think i did my best liao.

two A-, two A, and one A+. sounds good, looks good, but i think i should do better.

a surprise: i got A- for EG1413. i nv got such a high score for a english-writing module. my english grades had been bad since p5... very long time nv got an A-something for english liao haha. pretty glad about this grade, cuz i expected only a B+ or B.

a disappointment: i got A- for CS1231. although i tried my best, i was still disappointed. i think my mid-term screwed me up, cuz i was only in the top 40% for mid term and it is 30% of final grade. i didn't score enough in the final exam to bring me back to top 10%... haiz...

another slight disappointment: although i got A for CS1102C, i was expecting an A+. sounds greedy, i know, but for a group of 300 students i think i should be in the top 5%. my mid-term wasn't good enough to be in the A+ category, and i think my final exam also wasn't good enough. you may say no difference in CAP anyway. well, that's true, but the sense of disappointment within me is still there. quite a hit at my confidence in programming...though the module is not fully about programming.

i got A+ for MA1506, yeah finally 扳回一城. was disappointed the last sem when i got A for MA1505, and i was very confident of my mathematical skills. this sem, i put a bit more effort on this math module, and i got an A+ yeah, among the best of the best engineering students who are good in math.

A for MLE1101, a terrible module, which is so broad and so tedious to study for exam. when i was studying for this module, i kept cursing the last lecturer for leaving things so messy. luckily, i got an A, didn't screw up for the last 30% section from the cursed lecturer.

ok lah, though a bit disappointed, things are still manageable. still considering whether to take 6 modules next sem...
