due to some laziness and tiredness, i didnt manage to run yesterday morning, but i ran for about 2.5km again just now at a faster pace. felt better about my stamina, though it is still not up to standard. all i can do is to train harder and train more.
actually did nothing much yesterday except watch tv and watch suns vs spurs game 1. hmm, quite a wasted day. but nvm, try to make today a more fruitful day...:)
