downloaded 2 albums to listen...SHE's Play and 林宇中's 淋雨中. (i will buy them if they deserve my support, if not i would only keep the few 1 or 2 good songs.)
SHE's Play is really playful, such as 借口 with a lot of song titles from Jay's songs, 听袁惟仁弹吉他 which is quite a 立志 song for budding song writers. this album lacks soothing songs... but nvm cuz the overall style of this album is uplifting, and i like this album. i am going to buy this album yeah!
i downloaded 林宇中's album cuz i like the song 空秋千 that is the 主题曲 of the 7 pm serial , 原点, shown on ch 8. quite nice. i also like some of the other songs like 旋律 and 主题曲 (yes, 主题曲 is the song title). but i dun have the urge to buy this album, cuz the songs are not especially nice to me lah.
still downloading 康康's new 精选 album (yes, 康康 and NONO that 康康). actually，康康 sings quite well, cuz his voice is sorrowful and 沙哑, very suitable for singing sorrowful songs. i especially like 你不爱我. i think this is one of his more popular songs cuz i have only heard of this song and his other rap song, 我的家庭.
hmm, tomorrow's mother's day. but i didn't manage to buy something for my mum, due to pure laziness, though my mum kept nagging at me. haha. but i think that i do not have to show my appreciation for her by just buying a present for her. things like this should be kept inside my heart. maybe this is an excuse for not getting her anything. actually feel quite bad about it, especially with her non-stop nagging about it.
oh ya, dun feel quite good about the coming F1 race in Singapore, especially it will be held at night. things like safety is one thing that the authorities cannot never guarantee, no matter how much effort is done to prevent accidents. SAF's training is one very good example. although a lot of money is pumped in to prevent accidents, accidents still happen, though many are kept under wraps.
also, i have a feeling that the benefits that the authorities claim are not going to be worth it. money wise, the money pumped in to prepare for the race, would be more than the actual profits brought in, which the authorities also acknowledge, though indirectly. the so-called priceless benefit to singapore's image, is not going to be significant, cuz i believe singapore's brand is already quite well-known, so there won't be much "improvement" in Singapore's reputation.
but of course, all these are just my speculations, without thorough research. so maybe the benefits are really there and singapore will gain from this F1 race.
ok, going for a run again, must run at least 3 times a week. 2 more weeks of training and it would be the fateful ICT back in Sungei Gedong. oh my god, dun think about it liao...
